Warren Police responded to a call on Wednesday in reference to a man being hit in the arm with a crowbar.

Upon arrival, police spoke to the male victim who tells officers that the mother of his two children showed up at his residence on Hamilton Street and allegedly caused a disturbance.

Police say the suspect went after the victim with a crowbar and struck him on the left arm. Despite this, police say they did not observe any injuries and the victim denied medical treatment.

The victim went on to tell police that the suspect got back into her vehicle and attempted to run him over.

The victim claimed to have video of the incident, but upon review of the footage, police say all they could see was the vehicle driving in the front yard far away from the victim.

The suspect fled the scene prior to the arrival of police. No arrests were made.
