Mothers, parents or caregivers who are looking to learn more about safe sleep practices - or for those interested in winning free baby gear - may want to check out an Infant Health Fair that is taking place this weekend. 

The Infant Health Fair is being hosted by Mercy Health, Akron Children's Hospital and the Trumbull County Health Department.

This event will provide education and demonstrations on safe sleeping practices, as well as other important infant health needs.

There will also be raffles and giveaways that include car seats, pack-n-plays, strollers, gift cards and more.

This is a family-friendly event that includes special entertainment for kids.

The fair takes place Saturday, May 14th from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. at St. Joes at the Mall, located inside the Eastwood Mall next to JCPenney.
