Two of the 21 WFMJ Regional Spelling Bee champions were honored by the Youngstown Rotary club during a luncheon on Wednesday.

Co-champs, Christopher Dominick, an 8th grader from Struthers and Joey Constantine, a 6th grader from Lakeview snagged the top spot this for 2022. Constantine is a newcomer to the Spelling Bee champion throne, appearing at the event as a first time winner. Dominick is a returning champion of the 21 WFMJ Regional Spelling Bee 

Both Dominick and Constantine beat other competitors from 51 area schools and were recognized for their smarts at a special luncheon at the Tyler History Center.
