Boardman restaurant holds grand opening ceremony with ribbon cutting, live music

A Boardman restaurant is celebrating its grand opening with a ceremony featuring a ribbon cutting along with live music on Sunday.
Double Bogeys in DeBartolo Commons at the Southern Park Mall began the ceremony with the ribbon cutting event at 11:00 a.m.
Following the ribbon cutting, guests can experience live music courtesy of local band, RDNA, and the celebration will conclude with a watch party of The Masters Tournament.
In addition, guests have the opportunity to meet professional golfer, Ben Curtis, who will be signing autographs and taking pictures with the Claret Jug from the 2003 Open Championship.
Southern Park Mall General Manager, Brian Gabbert says Double Bogeys has something for the whole family to enjoy with food and entertainment under the same roof.
"Whether it's having a burger for dinner, grabbing drinks with friends or letting the kids take some swings on the golf simulator, we truly believe there's something for everyone," Gabbert said.
In addition to the main restaurant and the golf simulators, there's also a private dining room for private parties or corporate luncheons, putting green, a full netted driving range and even an area devoted to private golf instruction.
Double Bogeys is operated by the owners of the original Bogeys Bar & Grill in Lowellville featuring its staple menu items such as Bogey's famous homemade tomato sauce, Uncle John's ribeye sandwich, Bogeys famous wings and much more.
