Youngstown Police have arrested an East Side man wanted for murder.

Jamiyah Brooks was booked into the Mahoning County jail on Wednesday.

The following day, detectives discovered Helms's body at the Mt. Hope Veterans Memorial Cemetery on Liberty Road.
