Ivan Mach and Isiah Krzyston, both 22, were faced with the the findings of grand juries in Trumbull County. Mach was indicted on two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor while Krzyston faces three counts of the same indictment. The grand jury also indicted both men for allegedly disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, according to reports. All of those charges are felonies.
Krzyston was first arrested on charges of criminal trespassing and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor when the teenage victim's parents said they found him hiding in their daughter's bed at 5:30 a.m. back in January. The parents told police that Krzyston jumped out of the bedroom window without his shirt, shoes, wallet or cell phone.
Mach was then arrested less than a week later for also allegedly making unlawful sexual conduct with the teenager.
The teen reportedly ran away from home last November before police found her at an apartment complex with Mach and Krzyston. Both men were charged in connection with her disappearance. Krzyston will be arraigned in a Trumbull County courtroom on Thursday morning.
There is no pre-trial date set for Mach yet.
