Farmers National Bank revealed a new, redesigned modernized logo on Monday as part of a broad rebranding campaign.

This logo change marks the first time Farmers has changed its logo in over two decades. The new logo comes alongside the merge with Cortland Bank.

Farmers Chief Retail/Marketing Officer, Amber Wallace says as the bank continued to grow and expand over the years, modernizing the logo felt like the natural next step.

"Built on the values of trust, stability and growth, our new tagline of fiercely local, fiercely loyal showcases our commitment to the founding principles of friendship-driven banking," Wallace said.

"In staying true to our legacy and roots, keeping the element of wheat in our logo was vitally important. Rather than being placed inside the logo, the wheat is engrained in the Farmers name, just as Farmers in engrained in the communities we serve," said Farmers President and CEO, Kevin Helmick.

The new logo will soon be seen throughout all Farmers locations, as well as on billboards, ads and on their webiste.
