As a winter storm continues to hit the Valley, the City of Warren has issues a travel advisory for its residents for the foreseeable future. 

Due to the high volume of ice and snow, the City of Warren has advised its residents to limit all travel to emergencies only. 

Road crews are continuing to work to clear the roads.
