An Austintown man is set to appear in court later this month after being arrested in December and charged with voyeurism. 

Jacob D, Moyers, 31, was arrested and charged with voyeurism after a camera was found in the women's employee restroom at Magic Tree Pub and Eatery in Boardman in December, 2021. 

Moyer was a chef at the restaurant at the time of the incident but has since been fired. 

Moyers was arrested in December, 2021 and was arraigned on  December 21, 2021 and pleaded not guilty.

Moyers is set to appear in court on January 27. 

21 News reached out to Magic Tree owner John Rudy for comment, but they declined.
