The Youngstown Police Department on Thursday announced that a $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of whoever fatally shot a man on the city's South Side last month.

On the morning of December 11, police found 30-year-old Zachary Chace of Austintown shot inside an SUV along Earie Street near East Earle Avenue.   

Chace was taken to a hospital and died from his wounds ten days later.

The victim's family is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for this crime.
