Three people from Warren spent the morning in jail and face charges after police were called to break up a fight at the Peace Pub.

Witnesses told police that an argument started after the manager of the North Parkman Road bar criticized some customers who threw tear-off tickets on the floor.

According to the police report, one of the customers tried to spit on the manager after she told the group they were being kicked out of the bar.

One of the customers, 23-year-old Tinyia Frank allegedly punched one person while 46-year-old Nyiesha Frank is accused of punching the bar manager in the face.

A third suspect, 43-year-old Joe Williams allegedly punched the manager in the face, then repeatedly punched and kicked a 59-year-old man in the face, according to the report.

One officer says he fired a taser at Williams twice because he believed Williams was going to assault a fellow officer.

The taser had no effect on Williams.  Officers say they forced Williams to the floor and placed him in handcuffs.

Williams is charged with felonious assault and resisting arrest. Tinyia and Nyiesha Frank are each charged with assault.
