Man involved in high speed police chase in October indicted Thursday
A man involved in a high speed police chase through Boardman in October has been indicted on Thursday, Dec. 2.
Montrell Holmes (25) was indicted on Thursday with charges of Robbery, two counts of Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer, Receiving Stolen Property, Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Obstructing Official Business, Resisting Arrest and Contributing to Unruliness or Delinquency of a Child.
Holmes was one of the suspects in a high speed police chase through Boardman, which resulted in damage to a police cruiser and a minor injury to a Boardman police officer.
Holmes was found by U.S. Marshals at a Days Inn in Niles where Marshals struggled to arrest him resulting in both Holmes and a Marshal falling off a balcony of the motel.
