Premier Bank is holding a grand reopening for one of its Austintown locations.

The bank's Kirk Road branch will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday at 8:30 a.m.

The branch underwent major renovations over the last few months.

Bank officials, representatives from the Youngstown-Warren Regional Chamber, Austintown Police representatives and local government officials will be in attendance.

The location was previously Home Savings Bank prior to the transition into Premier.
