Bessemer man charged with strangulation after fight with New Castle woman
Police say Mikulski fled the scene following the incident, but was later located, arrested and incarcerated in the Lawrence County Jail.

A Bessemer man has been arrested after a domestic altercation occurring early Sunday morning.
At approximately 1:59 a.m., Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) in New Castle responded to a report of a domestic altercation.
Upon further investigation it was determined that Robert Mikulski (38) engaged in an argument with the female victim, which escalated into physical violence.
Police say Mikulski fled the scene following the incident, but was later located, arrested and incarcerated in the Lawrence County Jail.
Mikulski was charged with strangulation, two counts of simple assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and harassment.
