OH WOW! Science Center in downtown Youngstown has announced the hiring of a new executive director on Saturday.

New Executive Director, Marvin L. Logan Jr. is a Warren native graduating from Warren G. Harding High School. and an alumnus of Kent State University returning to the Valley from Detroit Michigan.

Logan says he's honored to have this opportunity.

"We've built a solid foundation of serving youth, families and educators throughout our community over the last decade as we look to the future, OH WOW! will play a major part in cultivating innovation and imagination and a new world of possibilities. The future of OH WOW! is bright," Logan said.

The museum is currently open to the public Thursday through Sunday at a limited capacity due to COVID-19.
