The Mahoning County Commissioners awarded the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation (YNDC) $500,000 in American Rescue Plan funding.

The funds are for emergency home repairs for low to moderate-income homeowners in Mahoning County. Repairs can include leaking roofs, broken furnaces and plumbing issues.
