Someone holds a Powerball ticket this morning worth nearly $700 million.

There was one ticket sold in California that has all the winning numbers drawn Monday night.

Those numbers are 12, 22, 54, 66, 69, Red Ball 15.

The estimated Grand Prize was $699.8 million with a cash value of $496 million.

The next Powerball drawing to be held on Wednesday is worth an estimated $20 million.
