Two suspects accused of killing a couple and their three-month-old infant will go on trial together in November.

Originally, their trials were to be held separately, but court officials confirmed Wednesday morning that the decision had been reversed and both men's trials will be held together.

Shaiquon Sharpe (25) and Taquashon Ray (25) will both go on trial on Monday, Nov. 8 at the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 8:30 a.m.

Sharpe and Ray were both arrested in 2018 after a triple homicide resulting in the deaths of Valarcia Blair (19), Edward Morris (21) and three-month old Tariq Morris.

The two were indicted in November of 2019, facing charges of aggravated murder, tampering with evidence, obstructing justice and multiple firearm-related charges. Both suspects face life without parole for the murder charges.
