Two men are in the Trumbull County Jail following a standoff at Menard's store in Bazetta Township.
Police were called to Walmart Drive NE and 9 p.m. following a traffic stop.
Both the driver and passenger had active warrants for their arrest, according to police.
Police say the passenger, 44-year-old Bobby Maiden of Warren, got out of the car and gave himself up but the driver refused to leave the vehicle.
