Goshen Police found a fugitive hiding underneath the bathroom flooring during a search warrant on a Columbiana County home.

A GPD officer observed bellowing smoke that smelled like burning trash coming from a residence in the area of Salem Unity Road and Lisbon Road.

Upon arrival, the officer met with the homeowner and an active warrant was found on Mark Razo (38) of Columbiana County. While confirming the warrant, Razo had left the garage and was believed to have locked himself inside the bathroom.

The homeowner gave officers consent to search the home, and officers found Razo hiding underneath the bathroom flooring.

It was determined by officers to obtain a search warrant for the property due to Razo having weapons under disability.

Items seized include a firearm, drug paraphernalia, two makeshift meth pipes, a debit card, a plate observed while making initial contact with four lines of what appeared to be meth on it, as well as several straws and several containers that appeared to have trace amounts of suspected meth in them as well as marijuana.

Razo was taken into custody for the warrant and other charges are pending the BIC results.
