Red Bull distribution center coming to Boardman
Red Bull Distribution Co. will be opening a distribution center in Boardman, Ohio.
Local businessman Terrill Vidale said he has been working with Red Bull for months to establish a distribution center at his 22,000 square-foot property at 8302 Southern Blvd.
Vidale owns 2Deep Entertainment and 2Deep estates, along with other businesses throughout the area.
In April, Vidale's LBF Capitol group closed on the building for $850,000, and will be redeveloping 11,000 square-feet, about half of the building, to accommodate a distribution center for Red Bull.
According to Vidale, Red Bull contacted his real estate agent Don Thomas from Platz Reality Group about being interested in his property on Southern Blvd, and has been working with them for months on the project.
Vidale said several Mahoning Valley-based partners are involved in the project, from Olsavsky Jaminet handling the architecture to Tim Carney, Jim Glaser and Mike Lipke from Cortland Bank handling some of the financial aspects of the deal.
The distribution center is set to open in September.
