The man involved in an assault caught on video at a Youngstown liquor store was indicted by a grand jury Thursday.

Brandon Seamons, 37, was arrested in April after police say he hit an employee of the Wine Cellar Ohio Liquor Agency on Meridian Road in the head with a bottle.

Police say surveillance video shows the employee arguing with Seamons, with the employee pulling a gun during the argument, but later putting the weapon away.

When police arrived at the store on Meridian Road they found the employee laying on the ground bleeding.

Seamons was indicted on charges of felonious assault and criminal trespassing.
