Skate Zone in Austintown officially closes

The business at 5420 Mahoning Avenue will be turned into a car wash.

The Skate Zone Fun Center in Austintown has officially closed.

Skate Zone took to its Facebook page Saturday to thank those loyal customers who have been coming there for its 27 years in business.

According to trustee Jim Davis, the business at 5420 Mahoning Avenue will be turned into a car wash.
