Kennedy Catholic boys basketball earns 28th District 10 Title
The Golden Eagles were led by DeSean Young, who scored a game-high 22 points on the night followed by Sky'ler Thomas who had 12 while Elijah Harden added another 11 points.

The 28th District 10 Title for the Kennedy Catholic boys basketball team is in the books after the Golden Eagles defeated Cambridge Springs by a final score of 66-49 at home Friday night.
The Golden Eagles were led by DeSean Young, who scored a game-high 22 points on the night followed by Sky'ler Thomas who had 12 while Elijah Harden added another 11 points.
Cambridge Springs led 13-6 at the end of the first quarter, but trailed 33-25 at halftime following a strong Kennedy Catholic 2nd period. The Golden Eagles led 52-33 entering the 4th and took care of business down the stretch.
Kennedy Catholic advances to the Class 2A state tournament, with their next game scheduled for Saturday, March 20th in the quarterfinal round.
