One of District 10's top basketball standouts reached 1,000 points for his career.
Sharpsville's Jackson Doyle celebrated the milestone during the team's Friday night win at Grove City.
His efforts helped the Blue Devils to a 63-59 over the Eagles.
Doyle finished with 22 points, nine of those in the final eight minutes.
He's averaging better than 16 points per game this season.
Sharpsville improves to 10-5 on the season.
