Cafe 422's popular hot peppers in oil are being voluntarily recalled. 

The product was sold at two locations: Cafe 422 in Boardman and Cafe 422 in Warren. 

The recall was issued due to the product being produced without being inspected.

The Hot Peppers in Oil were available from January 15, 2021, through January 28, 2021.

Affected products were labeled:

Our Famous Hot Peppers in Oil (25 oz. glass jar with UPC 6055700011)

No reports of illness involving this product have been reported.

Individuals exhibiting signs or symptoms of foodborne illness should contact a physician immediately.

All products involved in this recall can be returned to either Café 422 location for a full refund.
