Andy Hake, a former coach and teacher in the Western Reserve School District, has been charged with possession of marijuana.
The charge is a minor misdemeanor and carries a maximum of $150 in court costs and no jail time.
Hake was placed on leave back in January for allegedly vaping THC in a school restroom.
Superintendent Doug McGlynn said Hake admitted that he had a vape pen and THC and that he “screwed up,” saying several times that he was wrong and he was sorry.
He is expected to plead guilty in Sebring Court.
No court date is set.
