Sandra O'Brien unseats Sean O'Brien in 32nd District Ohio Senate seat
In the race for the Ohio Senate seat representing the 32nd District, Republican, Sandra O'Brien has ousted incumbent Democrat Sean O'Brien.

In the race for the Ohio Senate seat representing the 32nd District, Republican, Sandra O'Brien has ousted incumbent Democrat Sean O'Brien.
Sandra O'Brien received 51 percent of the vote totaling 75,536 votes.
Sean O'Brien received 49 percent of the vote totaling 72,844 votes.
The 32nd district includes Trumbull, Ashtabula and part of Geauga County.
Sandra O'Brien previously served as the Ashtabula County auditor for 12 years.
"It was a surprise. But, the people have spoken, and if the people want to go in a different direction I know I can leave the district happy with what I did." Said Sean O" Brien. "I had a lot of goals I wanted to continue, like with Lordstown motors TJX and the economic situation in our Valley"
