The Ohio State Highway Patrol Warren is investigating a one-vehicle crash that claimed the life of a teenager.
Troopers say 17-year-old Jacob Leggett was killed when he lost control of the 2003 X-Type Jaguar he was driving along State Route 7 just south of King Graves Road just after 8:30 pm Wednesday.
The car went off the road and struck a guardrail.
The road was closed while the crash was being investigated but was open again before 11 pm.
The patrol says the teen was wearing a safety belt and they do not suspect that alcohol or drugs were a factor in the crash.
