PIAA District 10 plans for playoffs
PIAA District 10
Return to Playoffs Fall 2020
A smaller number of both qualifiers and contests are planned should the post-season occur for the 2020-2021 PIAA fall sports season. PIAA has passed a reduction in qualifiers for all sports to a champion only format in part to limit the total amount of travel. District 10 similarly has put in place its post-season plan as follows with that same thought in mind:
2020 DISTRICT 10 FALL SPORTS PLAYOFFS
The District 10 team sport championships (football, boys soccer, boys golf, girls golf, girls soccer, girls tennis and girls volleyball) and individual sport championships (cross-country, tennis and golf) will have altered formats from recent years. Please note that all formats are subject to change. Updates will come as necessary.
Playoff games are the property of District 10 and/or PIAA.
The broadcasting, in any form (radio, tv, cable, streaming, etc.), of District 10 Championship Contests or PIAA Inter-District Championship Contests is prohibited without the prior written consent of District 10 and/or PIAA. **
