An Arizona trucker accused of murders and rape is facing additional charges.

According to the release, Samuel Legg was indicted on a murder charge in Wood County Thursday.

The charge mirrors similar charges out of Mahoning County and Illinois.

Legg was charged in February 2019 for the 1992 murder of Sharon Lynn Kedzierski at an Austintown truck stop.

Kedzierski's body was found near the edge of the Universal Truck Mall parking lot in Austintown in April 1992. She had been dead for 24 hours and died as a result of multiple blunt force trauma injuries to the head, face, and upper chest.

Before being found in Austintown, Kedzierski was last seen alive in Florida in 1989.

He previously pleaded not guilty to the charges connected to the Austintown murder.
