QUICKmed Urgent Care offering coronavirus antibody testing in Youngstown, Cortland
QUICKmed Urgent Care has announced antibody testing for COVID-19 in Youngstown and Cortland.
According to the release, the antibody testing is fast and allows for results the same day.
The test itself is administered through a finger stick test.
No preregistration is required for the testing and walk-ins are welcome.
"QUICKmed Urgent Care is one of the only locations in the area that offer antibody testing for COVID-19 to the general public," stated Lena Esmail, Chief Executive Officer of QUICKmed Urgent Care. "If you believe that you may have had COVID-19 or if you are currently experiencing symptoms, we encourage you to get tested as soon as possible."
The company is currently waiving fees for COVID-19 tests and treatment for those that are uninsured.
QUICKmed Urgent Care is located in Youngstown at 3499 Belmont Avenue and in Cortland at 421 South High Street.
