Governor DeWine bobblehead released, proceeds to benefit Protect The Heroes Fund

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has received praise for his handling of the coronavirus pandemic and now a bobblehead is being made of him with some of the proceeds being donated to the fight against the virus.
According to a release from the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum, five dollars from every DeWine bobblehead will be donated to the Protect The Heroes fund that supports the 100 Million Mask Challenge.
The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum has already raised $160,000 for that cause through bobbleheads of Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx.
The DeWine bobblehead joins a group of other governor figures including New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, California Governor Gavin Newsom and Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers that were released Friday.
This is the first bobblehead made of the Ohio Governor.
Each bobblehead is $25 plus a shipping charge of $8 per order and will be sent out in July.
"During these unprecedented times, we want to continue to raise funds for an amazing cause while putting a smile on people's faces with bobbleheads," National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum co-founder and CEO Phil Sklar said. "We received a lot of requests to make a bobblehead of Governor DeWine and other Governors who have been instrumental in the continued fight against COVID-19, so we're excited to be releasing the bobblehead today."
