All Trumbull County public school classes will be canceled starting on Friday, March 13.

Public schools in the county will be closed on March 13 and Monday, March 16, to prepare for the extended spring break, which Gov. Mike DeWine announced on Thursday. The three week shutdown period begins on Tuesday, March 17.

This includes all school activities, including extracurricular events and athletic practices and games.

Beginning on Tuesday, March 17, they will begin to follow DeWine's order to close schools until April 3, which is when officials will make a decision on the situation and go from there.
