“Move-in ready” and ”unique high-end features for the discerning homeowner” is how a real estate listing describes the five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath, 8,000 sq. foot Leetonia home the government seized from Ryan Sheridan, former operator of Austintown’s Braking Point Addiction Recovery Center.

Sheridan has been sentenced to 7-and-a-half years in prison and ordered to pay $24 million in restitution after pleading guilty to 34 counts of conspiracy to commit health care fraud, health care fraud, and money laundering.

The Spring Hill Drive home, listed for an asking price of $1,287,000, was seized by the government along with Sheridan’s $200,000 Girard home, as well as six vehicles, including replicas of Ghostbusters, Back-to-the Future, and Batmobile vehicles.

The Leetonia home is listed on the website reallook.com which lists properties seized by U.S. Marshals.

The listing includes 40 photos of the home’s interior and the 22 acres on which it sits.
