Bloomberg's Youngstown campaign office defaced less than a day after opening

Just hours after opening, the downtown Youngstown field office for Mike Bloomberg's presidential campaign was defaced. It's still not clear who placed the disparaging signs outside the campaign headquarters.
"We're just moving forward. We're focusing on the work of the campaign. We're focusing on the volunteers. The good thing is a lot of people called to check in on us," said Regional Organizing Director Jaladah Aslam.
Friday morning, caution tape littered the trees outside the campaign office located on E. Front Street. Plyboard signs said "Stop and Frisk" and "Oligarchy." Which are references to the Bloomberg's wealth and a controversial policy as New York City Mayor.
Youngstown isn't the only place Bloomberg's offices have targeted this week. Just Thursday, according to the Toledo Blade, similar signs and banners appeared even before the field office there opened.
"What that means is they are afraid Mike is going to win, so they're coming from different campaigns or different points of view," said Greg Fischer, Bloomberg's National Campaign Co-Chairman. "The momentum that we have in this campaign is just incredible."
Tom McCabe with the Mahoning County Republican Party says "Political Pettiness" is nothing new and it happens on both sides of the aisle.
"We tell our supporters if you want to make a difference, you knock on doors, you make phone calls and you get your voters to the ballot box on March 17th or this November and that's where you make the change at," said McCabe.
The Democratic candidate also has offices in Akron, Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Lima, Toledo, and Westerville.
