Mercy Health North Lima expands walk-in hours
Mercy Health announced that it is expanding its walk-in care hours to included evening and weekends at its North Lima Medical Center.
The Mercy Health North Lima Medical Center, located at 9471 Market Street, North Lima, is now accepting patients after 5 p.m.
According to a news release from Mercy Health, walk-in care is focused on treating patients that are experiencing minor illness such as cold and flu symptoms, sprains, minor burns, ear and throat pain, animal bites, high fevers, and lacerations as well as other non-emergent illness or injury.
The North Lima Walk-in care office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
The news release states that walk-in care visits cost less than urgent or emergency room care and offer shorter wait times for minor illness and injury.
