The Howland Township Police Department has identified the Red Ford Fusion and its occupants involved in a hit and run accident last week. 

Citations have been issued for those involved. 

The accident happened on State Route 46 near High Street around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. 

A video posted to the department's Facebook page shows the accident. 

In the video, you can see the red four-door Ford strike another vehicle before driving off through a parking lot.
