A Warren man was due to be sentenced Thursday for the shooting death of a mother of two from Niles when he withdrew his guilty plea.
Ryan Daniels, 29, had reached a plea agreement in August for the death of 33-year-old Britney Ann Mazanec.
Mazanec was shot to death inside her car in the parking lot of the Hideaway Lounge Bar and Grill on Route 422 in February.
Daniels trial is now scheduled to begin on November 12.
He is charged with reckless homicide, involuntary manslaughter and illegal possession of a firearm in liquor permit premises.
