A long-time Champion shop owner was trusted by a musical star to fix his $12,000 saxophone.
Kenny G visited Frank Fordley's music shop after he needed a quick saxophone repair before his show at Packard Music Hall at 8 p.m. on Saturday.
The star musician even asked for the owner of the shop by name because he had heard so highly of him.
Fordley was excited and happy to help Kenny G with his prize possession.
"All 32 years I have been in business, that is the best thing that's ever happened to me," said Fordley.
Fordley was able to live out a dream and play with the famous saxophonist as well.
Kenny G also gave the Fordeley tickets to Saturday night's concert.
