A ribbon-cutting was held Tuesday morning in downtown Warren for a new restaurant.

West and Main Bar and Grill held the ribbon cutting at 10:45 a.m. and opened for business at 11 a.m.

Owner and Chef Gabe Gouvas said he is excited to participate in the revitalization of downtown Warren.

West and Main Bar and Grill feature a build your burger menu, sandwiches, salads, and wings.
