Yellow Duck Park sold for $535,000 at auction

Yellow Duck Park in Green Township has been sold.

Auctioneer Rusty Kiko told 21 News that the nearly 42-acre property was sold to a local buyer.

Kiko said the auction was well attended with more than 150 people and 25 bidders.

The winning bid came in at $535,000.

Kiko said he believes the property will not be for commercial use.

The sale should be finalized within 60 days.
