One flown to hospital after crash in West Salem Twp.

One person was flown to the hospital by helicopter following a crash in West Salem Township.

Dispatchers say the crash happened on the 200 block of West Jamestown Road around 7 p.m.

Calls for a life flight went out shortly after.

Dispatchers told 21 News that it was a one-car accident.

The car hit a tree in that area.

There is no word yet on the extent of the driver's injuries.
