One injured in Lawrence County Amish buggy accident

A girl was injured in a crash involving an Amish buggy and a pickup truck.

A girl was injured in a crash involving an Amish buggy and a pickup truck.

It happened around 5:30 p.m. on Friday at Route 18 and Heather Heights Road.

Officials say the pickup truck hit the buggy when it pulled out from Heather Heights.

The horse ran from the scene but was later found uninjured.

Officials are investigating.
