An Austintown man that was found dead in Liberty over the weekend tested positive for drugs according to a Liberty Police Detective.

The body of 28-year-old Corey Davner was found Sunday hours after he was reported missing by his mother.

According to the detective, there was no trauma to the body, but it is still unclear what drugs were in his system.

Police say they are waiting for the toxicology report to come back.

Liberty police told 21 News on Monday that "at this point, there's nothing that would indicate foul play."

No charges are pending.
