State Route 165, closed by flooding late Tuesday, opened to traffic again late Wednesday morning.

The Ohio Department of Transportation blocked route 165 betwee Route 62 and Route 46 when heavy rain raised water levels in the area.

The road was open again shortly after 10:30 a.m.
