Struthers police say one man was arrested for aggravated robbery on Tuesday night after an alleged drug deal ended with a brick being thrown through a vehicle window.
The victim told police that two males were selling him marijuana at his residence on Park Avenue when they robbed him at gunpoint.
According to police, a male suspect allegedly pulled the victim through the passenger side window of an SUV while a second male suspect identified as 26-year-old Jaquez Brown allegedly brandished a firearm and said, "Give me everything you got."
Police say the suspects released the victim after he told them that they were being recorded from a camera across the street.
The victim told police that Brown continued to brandish the firearm from inside the SUV and threw a brick at the vehicle, shattering the front window.
Police say Brown fled in the SUV and the other suspect fled on foot.
According to the report, the suspect claimed that Brown "was just pretending to have a gun" while on the phone with police.
Police say they viewed video footage that reflected the victim's series of events and arrested Brown.
The report states that the suspect refused to meet with police and said, "You can talk with my attorney tomorrow."
Police say Brown was set to be arraigned Wednesday.
