Lakeview school officials confirm that girl's basketball coach Jason Senedak has been placed on administrative leave after allegedly giving players on the team answers to an exam.
"He's been put on administrative leave from teaching and coaching pending an investigation," said Lakeview Athletic Director Ron DeJulio, Jr.
A pre-disciplinary meeting was held Monday to discuss the allegations.
The alleged incident happened February 6 following the girl's varsity basketball game.
Senedak allegedly gave members of the team answers to a test that he was to administer in his classroom the following day.
Senedak is in his first year as the varsity head coach.
He was placed on paid administrative leave, and he is not allowed on any property owned by the Lakeview Board of Education or attend any district or school-related functions.
Assistant Coach Paul Farr has taken over the interim head coaching position.
