One of the men convicted in the death of a Cleveland man has been sentenced to prison.
Thirty-two-year-old Earl Charity was sentenced to 20 years to life behind bars. Charity was also given an additional three years in prison for committing the crime with a deadly weapon.
In addition, courtroom officials say Charity was on probation from a different crime when he committed the murder and may face additional time behind bars for the probation violation.
Charity and 34-year-old Juan Phillips were indicted on charges related to the murder of 34-year-old Oscar Caywood of Cleveland over the summer.
Police say Caywood was found shot inside the Ringside Auto Care Shop on Wilson Avenue in June.
Phillips pleaded guilty earlier to charges of involuntary manslaughter and aggravated robbery and is scheduled to be sentenced on December 20.
