Police have arrested a Pennsylvania high school's head football coach on child pornography charges.

Fifty-nine-year-old Russell Barley, of Chippewa Township, was arraigned Thursday in Beaver on charges of possession and distribution of child pornography.

State police say they found a video of a nude 14-year-old girl from a computer in Barley's home. Police say Barley told investigators that he had deleted other downloaded videos because he knew he "knew what he was doing was wrong."

Freedom Area School District Superintend Jeffrey Fuller says Barley has resigned.

Barley also resigned from his position as a math teacher in the Neshannock Township School District.

He's charged with three felony counts: dissemination of photographs, videotapes, computer depictions; sexual abuse of children; and criminal use of a communication facility.

No attorney information is available. His home phone is unlisted.
